PRICING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Prices are subject to change without notice. A $95.00 completed job minimum required.
One area equals any room up to the max. of 225 square feet (15' x 15); combined living areas, such as living
room/dining room combos and greatrooms may be considered as 2 rooms. Areas exceeding 225 square feet (15' x 15')
will be priced as additional areas or by the usual price of $0.18 up to $0.32 per Sq. Ft.
Baths, halls, staircases, large walk-in closets, sitting rooms and area rugs are priced separately. The average room size is
225 square feet (15' x 15') - the general cost being $40.00 per room for a basic cleaning, not to include extra services or
repairs.
A basic cleaning consist of:
Use of portable equipment may result in a higher required job minimum or a price increase.
To treat, clean or repair carpets such as Berber, Frieza, Sculpted or carpet made of plastic fibers (polypropylene/Olefin)
require a slightly higher job minimum.
NOTICE TO CONSUMERS:
We will do our best to remove stubborn stains by using the latest techniques, powerful equipment and stain removers
but sometimes older and ground in stains or high traffic area stains may not come up completely.
If we can't get the stain out, it's probably not going to come out. If not completely satisfied after service is rendered,
please place a service request within 2 days of service date.

- Move small items, table, & chairs
- Spot pre-treat small light stains
- High pressure hot water & solution clean & extraction
- Post rinse
- Deodorize
- Groom carpet
